Processing time

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM Mountain Time can often ship the same day. We ship Monday through Saturday, except holidays. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $70 within the continental U.S.
  • Orders under $70: shipping is based on your package's weight and where it's going, and you'll see the cost at checkout.
  • Free shipping covers standard-size orders. Very heavy or oversized orders pay the regular shipping rate shown at checkout. If an order needs special handling, we'll contact you before it ships.

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and we choose the best option for each order.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after they ship, depending on how far you are from El Paso.

Local delivery in El Paso

  • Free local delivery on orders over $25 to these zip codes: 79907, 79915, 79925, 79928, 79936 and 79938.
  • Orders under $25 in these zip codes: $6.99.

Chocolate and hot weather

During the summer, we usually don't ship chocolate, because it can melt in transit. To protect your order, add our Cold Pack Add-On for $14.99, which includes an insulated foam box with ice packs. It must be added at checkout, and we can't add it after the order is placed.

Glass-bottle drinks

Drinks in glass bottles, like Mexican Coca-Cola and Topo Chico, are available for local delivery and in-store pickup only. We don't ship them, because they're heavy and can break in transit.

International orders

We ship worldwide. You can order on our website, or contact us and we'll help you place your order.

Custom piñatas

Shipping for custom piñatas depends on size, weight and destination. Contact us before ordering so we can give you a shipping quote.

Rentals

Rentals are available for local delivery or pickup in El Paso only.
